Wales hut meet – July 2026

Hello. I had another great weekend with PMC. On Saturday we did a great and interesting job of passing Pinnacle and Porcupine ridge and in the most difficult places used a rope for belaying. After passing the ridges we get to the top of Pen y ole and Carnedd Daffyd and descended to our village Bethesda. It was quite a difficult but interesting day. On Sunday, we did sports climbing, where I made my first lead in the passage of the route and hung a rope for the rest. This was my first experience in leading. Of course, there was a feeling of a little fear and joy when everything worked out. I would like to separately thank Ness and Adam for helping me in everything and also thank all the other members of the club for their support.
