The April 2024 hut meet was well attended with for new members, Andi, Matt, Adam & Vanessa. Dan, Mark and Malcolm were also there. There was a short visit from Rob W. There was also a team of WMC and PMC members doing work on the cottage.
The weather was really good so everyone was keen to get out and climb. On Saturday Malcolm, Matt and Andi went to the Llanberis slate quarries. They each climbed 5 or 6 routes. including Dog &Bone and Fresh Air both at 6a. Matt also climbed Fresh Airête at 6b+. Dan & Mark went to Cyrn Las in the Llanberis Pass to try Main Wall. Unfortunately Dan was not to well and could not do it so they went on the slabs to the left. Adam & Vanessa did Bastow Buttress on Tryfan.
On Sunday Malcolm, Matt and Andi di Left Edge on Carnedd y Filliast. Mark, Dan, Adam & Vanessa went to the Moelwyns and did Kirkus Climb Direct.
